Being free of a rigid tank or bcd allows great freedom of movement in the water. The STEALTH 2.0’s streamlined recreational wing and harness combination provide the key to enjoying a balanced and relaxed approach to your sport dives.

Extend your fun time

Carrying twin cylinders is the safest and in sidemount, the most balanced and streamlined way of diving. The STEALTH 2.0 ensures that cylinders are kept tight and secure to the body, eliminating movement. The perfect balance provided ensures minimal drag in the water, reducing effort, improving gas consumption and enhancing underwater time and enjoyment.
 

Easy Access for Buoyancy Control

The STEALTH 2.0 was the first system to have a central dump valve for buoyancy control. Proven in cave and technical diving the advantages are just as important for sports diving. The valve is easy to reach with either hand, and simple to dump excess gas without having to change your position in the water. Having great control over buoyancy means safer and more relaxing dives.
  

Flexible Configuration

It is possible to set your inflator on the left or right side of the wing, meaning you can feed either cylinder and choose which hand you prefer for inflation control. It’s easy to tailor your set-up for drysuit or warm water board-short diving.

   

Tough and hardwearing

Unlike cave divers you may not be squeezing through small passages, but your system will still get wear on the back from boat dives, shore entries and even just being transported. At risk areas are protected with tough and long lasting materials that preserve the integrity of your equipment.
    

Back-up buoyancy when diving wet

A fully integrated, fully functional redundant bladder is situated neatly inside the STEALTH 2.0 REC RB system wing. This provides a safe and secure option for those days when you want to dive free of the drysuit and still have back-up buoyancy.

CORE TECHNOLOGY

The STEALTH 2.0 harness was a ground-breaking approach that revolutionised sidemount systems. Built on the core technology of the STEALTH 2.0 TEC and Classic systems our REC harness provides sports and recreational divers with the same strong foundation of performance, comfort and safety. The REC wing, designed specifically for sports diving, is fixed to the harness for simplicity of use and security.

The STEALTH 2.0 features harness webbing of differing thickness and stiffness for comfort and for enhanced performance. Security and adjustability is designed into the harness to deliver ease of use and an enjoyable in-water experience. You have full control over your tank position, your balance and trim at all times throughout the dive. Often copied the STEALTH 2.0 harness is unequalled.

Easy On, Easy Off

Tough buckles make getting in and out of the STEALTH 2.0 Rec system just as easy as any other BCD. Safe and secure in use, but easy to operate even in thick gloves. All the adjustability of the original STEALTH 2.0 in an easy to use form.

Don’t surrender your freedom! Some systems take this major advantage of diving sidemount away with rigid plates and inflexible components. The STEALTH 2.0 enhances the experience of being free to move in the water as if you were a part of it.
 

Smart Materials Technology

Intelligently utilising different types of material throughout the system for webbing, for weight systems and for the wing means great comfort and performance. The waist has rigid webbing that ensures the D-rings for clipping off your cylinders stay exactly where you want them through the dive. Shoulder straps use softer material to mould to your body giving providing perfect fit, comfort and ease of movement. The crotch strap is super soft reducing wear on your suit but still supportive.

THE WORLD'S MOST INNOVATIVE SIDEMOUNT WEIGHT SYSTEM

The STEALTH 2.0 weight system is very flexible and extremely secure. Weights are locked into the rear central pocket and can be configured to achieve a perfect balance. Using droppable front and trim pockets allows easy management of weights up to 23Kg. Pass your weights up to the boat, get in and out of the water easily and if needed you can drop weights quickly in an emergency.

Secure Drop Weights

We agree that it’s good practice in recreational diving to be able to drop weight if needed to establish surface buoyancy. You will be used to doing this through a weight belt or from your backmount bcd. We have specifically designed the side pockets on the STEALTH 2.0 REC to provide quick and easy weight release. The secure pockets can accommodate up to 23Kg that can be dropped in an instant if needed.

Weight where its needed

Between the side, rear and trim pocket options offered by the STEALTH 2.0 system you can have virtually any weight placement you prefer, allowing you to establish perfect balance and trim in the water.

A total capacity including the back pocket system, large trim and large droppable pouches can accomodate between 1Kg and 30Kg of lead to be carried with ease, exactly where you want it.
 

Easy to Balance

The central weight pocket can easily be moved up and down your spine as desired to establish the most effective and comfortable placement of weights. This ensures from head to toe you can position weights for ideal balance ensuring that you can easily keep an efficient flat trim in the water.
