Through technical design, constant testing and evolution the ZEOS is balanced to help achieve a flat and expert trim. The centre of gravity of the gas in the cylinder and the centre of buoyancy of the ZEOS are perfectly matched. 

As a result your stability will be significantly better. You will enjoy improved gas consumption, enhanced buoyancy and finning will be easier. No more sea horse position forced by traditional BCD’s.

No compromises above or below the waves
At the start and end of each dive the ZEOS holds you high out of the water. The design ensures most of the wing stays underwater, using more of the buoyancy. This provides extra lift keeping your head and shoulders clear of the waves. Wait in comfort for your pick-up. Underwater you can eliminate trade-offs and experience perfect trim made simple and easy by the exact geometry of the ZEOS.

 

Constant Comfort through innovation
Maximise the feeling of freedom expert divers enjoy by diving a buoyancy system that is at one with you. The 3D Mesh tailors itself to your body-shape through a unique microfiber structure that ensures perfect stability. The 3D Mesh helps eliminate movement of your equipment during the dive. 

The 3D mesh has no change in buoyancy characteristics, whatever the depth, so you can reduce the extra weight less thoughtful designs demand.

Choose between two versatile, stylish and rugged double shell wings with differing lift

The ZEOS 28 with 13Kg of lift provides females and adventurers with a smaller build or height with a great solution. The 28 is also suitable for warm water Ali tank diving. 
The ZEOS 38 has additional streamlined and balanced lift, providing 17Kg of upward thrust to divers looking for that extra reserve, but who still demand a neat and tidy configuration.

Choose between inflator hose lengths that allow a perfectly customised set-up
Three lengths of 14, 16 or 19 inches are available ensuring buoyancy control is always in the most comfortable position for you. 
Knowing you can have the inflator controls straight to hand improves confidence and safety, allowing full enjoyment of your dive.
 
Choose between beautifully engineered steel or aluminium backplates
The ZEOS steel backplate eliminates the need for lead at the waist and enhances your balance and trim, especially in cold water conditions where extra weight is best distributed across your body.

The ZEOS aluminium backplate works well in warm water diving where the additional weight is not needed or if you travel often to explore the wonders the world offers.
  

Easily customised harness
The fully adjustable harness is equipped with tough ITW Nexus buckles made of polyacetal, a material impervious to salt water and extreme temperatures. Able to be quickly and easily configured to just about any body shape, there is no better way of getting the perfect fit.

The ZEOS makes it simple to manage your weight
Two part pockets are designed to be easily used even when wearing thick gloves. Weights are placed into seperate slots and are very secure in the pocket. You won’t drop them unless you want to.
When you do want to pass your weights onto a boat, or hand them off to someone on shore, the whole pocket is simply and quickly removed.

Securely mounted weight and easy drop
Accidental loss of weights and a resultant rapid ascent is a serious issue. ZEOS weight pockets utilise robust ITW Nexus buckles which ensure your weight is securely fastened for the duration of the dive.
If you do need to dump weight the size and construction of the buckle make this action easy and stress free.

Protecting you and the environment
Lead is used in diving because for a small size it has a large mass, but it comes with some disadvantages. Exposed to air, lead oxide is formed on the surface of your weights. This is a carcenogenic compound that accumulates in the body. Lead oxide will also pollute the environment you are in, so it’s a good idea to keep weights covered. 

XDEEP pockets as used on the ZEOS offer safe and effective protection once the weight is installed.

Attention to Detail
The weight pocket has a rigid edge that helps keep it open, making it easy to put the weight in, even underwater in thick gloves. It’s an accumulation of all the small details that adds up to the overall performance of the ZEOS system.

The diving gear is rather expensive so it should be constructed so as to last for many years. The diving equipment parts include backplates and single tank adapters made of metal which sharp edges could cause wear through the outer shell of BCD or dry suit. 

In XDEEP backplates and adapters all edges are additionally processed which involves cutting the edges at 45 degree angle using a special computer-controlled machine. The special robot precisely grinds all the edges with an accuracy of one hundredth of a millimetre.
